Has anyone tried yogurt for yeast infections?
Have you tried inserting yogurt for a yeast infection? How many days and how long until the yeast infection went away?
I'm taking AZO yeast three times a day and eating and inserting yogurt but not really getting anywhere. If I use antibiotics they end up giving me another one right after it fixes it.
